Jungles : Mixed Central and Northern Regional Vietnam
Regions Include : Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Quang Nam, Hue, Khanh Hoa (Nha Trang)
Class : Wild
Type : Small and/or Broken Sinking Chips
This is an older batch I've been hanging onto for awhile. It smells so nice, I've been a bit reluctant to let go of it.
It's an unusual batch in the best kinda way. Picked it up from one of the Viet vendors I work with way back in 2020 before all the fun of the Pandemic. It's a collection of Sinking Small and Broken chips from various Central and Northern Vietnamese Regions, from harvests in 2019 & early 2020. An assortment of chips from collecting the broken odds and ends - combined for a larger mixed batch of Classical Vietnamese Flavor.
It's getting exceedingly hard to put together any quantity of wild batches like this, and I'm fortunate to have this small batch. Not sure if or when I'll be able to grab another batch like this again.
The overall scent of the batch is "Classically/Old Vietnam with Hints of Kynamic Mint" - with a sweet, sometimes spicy scent.
Getting good old wood from Vietnam - or anywhere, for that matter, of any class - is getting exceedingly difficult - but especially from Vietnam, as this particular region is highly sought after in the Asian Market. Getting SINKING wood from anywhere these days ... will be interesting to see how long it'll continue. For now - this is a rare opportunity, and one I highly recommend you capitalize on by grabbing some while you can.
I was able to pick up a batch of small and broken chips. For the scent and resin density - these are a steal! As the batch is mixed regional Vietnamese from the most highly sought after regions of the Central and Northern regions - it's a bit of an adventure, as you won't quite be sure what scent you've reached for until you've heated it!
Expect scents of "Old Vietnam", "Hints of Kynamic Mint", and "Sweet and Occasionally Spicy".
I can't reiterate enough - these are increasingly difficult scents to source.
The last rare batch of Quang Nam Soil Skins sold very quickly - as did the last few batches of Sinking Vietnamese batches I've had. I'd recommend not missing out on this unique batch.
If you're making incense sticks - these will make some killer incense!
And if you are using one of our Subitism heaters - you'll find these perfectly suited for "low and slow" - expect a long and pleasant ride from these.
Small lot - grab some while available!
